TMB OneSolution HRP Substrate (Cat.No. TMB-001) in HRP-based ELISA Test

Five samples were tested for specific mouse IgG antibody titers. Immunodetection procedure was performed using Anti-Mouse IgG HRP Reagent (Cat. No. GM5271) and TMB OneSolution HRP Substrate (Cat. No. TMB-001). Peroxidae reaction was stopped by adding sulfuric acid (1 N) into the wells in columns 1 - 6 of the microtiter plate.
