Detection of BosR with Mouse Monoclonal Antibody

BosR (BB0647) is a key transcription regulator in B. burgdorferi metabolism and in the bacterial pathogenesis. We have created the mouse hybridoma lines to produce the monoclonal antibodies specific to BosR (BB0647) protein. The antibody produced from hybridoma clone 2F9-D2 line is specific to the BosR (BB0647) protein with high affinity, and has been used by the research groups.
