Purchase Orders

Office hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday Pacific Time (PST). Orders can be placed via FAX or EMAIL at all hours (7/24) by filling out the Order Form .

For international customers, orders may be placed with one of our distributors.

Payment Terms
With purchasing order number: Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date.
Purchasing Orders by credit card: We accept all major types of credit cards.

Prices
|
All prices listed are in US dollars. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are F.O.B. Brisbane, California. Shipping charges are prepaid and added separately to the inovice, unless otherwise specified.

Shipping
|
We use FedEx for most shipping. Other carriers, UPS and DHL are also available if requested. Usually, an order is shipped out on the same day when the order is placed. Customers may use their own shipping carriers account for shipping. Tracking information of the shippment will be provided via email if requested.

Terms and Conditions

General Bioscience Corporation products are intended for research use only and are not to be used for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes. General Bioscience products shall not be used in humans.

General Bioscience Corporation products shall not be resold, modified for resale without the prior written consent from General Bioscience Corporation.

Warranty and Liability

General Bioscience Corporation products are warranted to meet the product specifications described. In general, the warranties do not apply to defects caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage or out of date product. General Bioscience Corporation's liability to any user of General Bioscience's products for product damages of any kind, if it is at no fault of the user, will be limited to replacement of product(s) only, and in no event shall the liability of General Bioscience exceed the actual amount paid for the product(s).
