ELISA Reagents Kit, with TMB HRP Substrate (Cat. No. ELISA-001) This reagents kit is designed for use in peroxidase-based immunoassay development. Provided as ready-to-use reagents, this kit contains blocking reagent, sample diluent, ready-to-use TMB substrate reagent, and washing buffer. The secondary antibody or HRP conjugate is not included in this package, and the anti-mouse, anti-rabbit or anti-human HRP conjugated secondary antibodies should be purchased separately.
