Description
Monovalent Fab Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L), HRP Conjugated (Cat. No. GM5251) This HRP-conjugated Monovalent Fab goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L) secondary antibody reacts with heavy and light chains on mouse IgG. The HRP conjugate is prepared via our proprietary production process, and offers high sensitivity and clean detection performance. Supplied as concentrate liquid in screw cap-vials, this HRP conjugate is stable at 4 °C.
This secondary antibody is recommended for use in routine immunodetection assays. Working dilutions should be determined by the investigators to obtain the optimal detection performance. For example, working dilution may begin with 1:3000 for Western Blotting, 1:5000 for ELISA, 1:200 for Immunohistochemistry.
