Goat Anti-Human IgG (H+L), HRP Conjugated (Cat. No. GH9201) This HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG (H+L) secondary antibody reacts with heavy and light chains on human IgG. The HRP conjugate is prepared via our proprietary production process, and offers high sensitivity and clean detection performance. Supplied as liquid in screw cap-vials, this HRP conjugate is stable at 4 °C.
This secondary antibody is recommended for use in routine immunodetection assays. Working dilutions should be determined by the investigators to obtain the optimal detection performance. For example, working dilution may begin with1:5000 for ELISA.
