Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody Production Service (Cat. No. ES701) We provide this service to produce antibody in rabbits using immunogens supplied by customers. The immunogen samples should be purified proteins, recombinant proteins or synthetic peptides. The supplied samples must be pathogen-free, and not harmful to animals.
To schedule your antibody production project, you may provide our service team with your immunogen sample (the preferred amount of immunogen should be about 4 mg for two animals, the concentration should be higher than 0.4 mg/ml).
Service Include:- Conjugation to KLH (optional)
- Two rabbits, pre-immune bleed, 4 immunizations for each animal
- 100-120 ml antiserum from two rabbits
- ELISA test (optional)
Delivery:- 3 ml of pre-immune serum
- ELISA result
- 100-120 ml of antiserum from two rabbits
Project Schedule:- Total project turnaround: 11 weeks
- A modified immunization protocol can be applied for shorter project duration
