Peptide Antibody Production Service (Cat. No. ES991) General Bioscience Corp. offers a complete package for peptide antibody production in host animals such as rabbits or chickens. This service package covers peptide synthesis, KLH conjugation, and antisera production. To schedule your peptide antibody project, you may submit the service order form with the peptide sequence information to our service team. The project takes 14 weeks.
Service Includes:- Peptide synthesis (<15 a.a. , >70% purity, 10 mg)
- Conjugation to KLH (a cysteine is added to either C-term or N-term of the peptide)
- Two rabbits or chickens, pre-immune bleed, 4 immunizations for each animal
- 100-120 ml of antiserum from two rabbits or a dozen eggs from chickens
- ELISA test (optinal)
Delivery:- 3 ml of pre-immune serum
- 100-120 ml of antiserum from two rabbits (or a dozen of eggs from two chickens)
- 5 mg of unconjugated peptide, MS and HPLC report.
