Rabbit Antisera Production
ES701: Polyclonal Antibody Production with User Supplied Immunogen (rabbit)
Includes:
- Conjugation to KLH (optional)
- 2 rabbits, pre-immune bleed, 4 immunizations for each rabbit
- 100-120 ml antiserum from two rabbits
- ELISA test
- 4 mg immunogen supplied by customer is optimal and the concentration should be higher than 0.4 mg/ml. (A good immune response may be otained using a lower dose of immunogens).
- 3 ml of pre-immune serum
- ELISA result
- 100-120 ml of antiserum from two rabbits
- Total service turnaround: 11 weeks
- For fast turnaround upon request, a modified immunization protocol can be applied
